Dynamic Real Estate team seeking a strong candidate for our Customer Service position. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and customer skills are required. We are seeking a candidate who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail, and exhibits an exceptionally professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Answer incoming phone calls and take appointments
  • Basic office duties
  • Assist team members on a daily basis


Qualifications
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfortable learning a variety of databases and systems
  • Comfortable answering phones and assisting clients

Compensation
$22 hourly

The Carol Royse Team is a family-owned Real Estate team at Keller Williams Realty East Valley selling the entire Valley in the metro Phoenix areas. We sell over 400 homes per year. We are a learning-based company and have been active in residential real estate for over 35 years. Currently, we list and sell 40 to 50 homes per month.
