We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.   • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
  • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
  • Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
  • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
  • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary

  • Our team is expected to conduct and build GENUINE relationships with new and existing customers. Because our client provides us with leads, it is VITAL that we build great relationships and nurture them properly to ensure a long-lasting relationship

  • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
  • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
