- Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
- Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
- Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
- Coordinating community outreach and company culture events
- Maintain positive NPS scores
- Track and respond to client reviews on and any and all company social platforms
- Track and mail past client care packages
- Office management duties as needed
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
