Responsibilities
  • Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
  • Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
  • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
  • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering inbound and placing outbound calls to field questions relevant to existing insurance policies, determine appropriate course of action, cross-sell additional insurance products and resolve any issues as they may arise
  • Accessing policy details to determine specific client circumstances
  • Accurately recording and maintaining customer contact information and details
  • Communicating with clients in a positive and professional manner consistent with compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Handling most situations independently with the ability to resolve conflict
  • Acting as liaison between clients, agents, and other operations team members when necessary
  • Promoting internal teamwork through consistency, reliability, and team cohesiveness
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Movement Insurance services, processes and various policies and procedures


Skills Preferred:

  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment, as MI is a constantly evolving and growing company
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of blended transactions (phone, text, email)
  • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Previous experience working in a service-oriented role, preferably in an insurance environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interpret information within written policies

Qualifications
  • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • 1-2 years of property & casualty insurance experience

Compensation
$15+ hourly
