- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
- Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
- Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
- Crafting compelling social media posts and editing photo/video content
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Extremely proficient in using a PC
- Video/photo editing capability highly preferred
