Responsibilities
  • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
  • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
  • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
  • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge

  • Receive and process orders and payments sent by customers 
  • Quote and/or calculate the services to be charged to the customer 
  • Provide customers with accurate information pertaining to tracking orders, estimated delivery dates, pricing, and availability of products and services
  • Efficiently resolve customer request, questions and complaints frequently 
  • Follow up on pending orders, shipment, and backorders 
  • Evaluate and assist in item replacement and submit for approval 
  • Generate and repeat sales by providing product and service information in a timely manner 
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific product solutions 
  • Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase satisfaction and transaction profitability 
  • Proactively manage independent ticket queues

Qualifications
  • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
  • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent

  • 1 Year of Customer Service/Sales preferred 
  • Energetic and driven to achieve goals 
  • Able to work in a multifaceted, customer service-oriented team 
  • Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills 
  • Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact 
  • Excellent people and customer service skills 
  • Strong telephone skills/etiquette 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Experience using Zendesk, Odoo, Shopify, or similar preferred 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Compensation
$12 - $18 hourly
