We are looking for a Retention Specialist who will be responsible for fielding inbound calls and emails from customers wanting to cancel their account. As a Retention Specialist, you will use your exceptional customer support skills to encourage customers to continue using Batch Service platforms by taking the time to understand their goals and challenges, resolving any complaints or concerns they may have while providing valuable information on the service that will work best for them and ensuring they receive the best experience possible!

• Retain current customer base by presenting proactive solutions
• Create a positive customer experience by educating customers on how to utilize the system to their fullest potential, resolving billing discrepancies, complaints, and answering any technical questions. 
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Batch Service platforms and pricing structures
• Have a high level of awareness of service issues affecting Batch Service platforms including proactive solutions
• Partner with operations and leadership as needed to address customer service issues
• Meet Daily/Monthly/Quarterly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

• 1+ year in sales or customer retention based environment
• Strong active listening skills; give full attention to what is being said, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions when appropriate
• Possess high energy, be friendly and engaging, and have excellent persuasion skills
• Have a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful as well as coachable
• Demonstrate multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
• Excellent self-motivation skills; maintain a feeling of pride in your work, have a strong work ethic, and strive to achieve all goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professional phone etiquette

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm MST
