Are you a NY Licensed Real Estate Salesperson searching for an opportunity that allows you to work from home? We’re looking for a full-time Customer Experience Sales Representative to join our growing team! You will be an active participant in bridging the consumer and the agent to ensure a 5-star experience. You need to have a strong foundation in communication skills, organization, and solving problems. A CXR is able to create quick rapport on the phone while chatting with prospecting clients, conveying the right tonality and care in texting, and crafting meaningful emails that provide value. There will be coordinating efforts with the agents to connect consumers in a way that will stick. This person will reach out to at least 100 people a day from inbound and outbound opportunities. They must be quick and diligent. They are someone who gains satisfaction in making connections. 

Key outcomes of the role:

  • Convert consumers into clients
  • Confirm the consumer’s choice to work with us
  • Answer basic questions
  • Set Appointments
  • Ensure a smooth connection to the agent
  • Work with the agent to make the connection stick
  • Performance-based compensation structure w/ additional incentives

  • Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data
  • Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible
  • Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication

  • Respond to “hand raisers”
  • Respond to inbound leads
  • Distribute leads to agents on the team
  • Initiate follow-up protocols for longer-term leads


  • New York State Real Estate License - Active
  • Ability to work remotely full-time
  • 1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position
  • Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and sales process
  • High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued
