We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Customer Service Manager to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions

  • Effectively lead and develop agent interns on the customer concierge team for the purpose of growing them into successful real estate agents
  • Successfully hire and onboard new members of the customer concierge team

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • At least 1 year of sales management experience including performance tracking and coaching

Compensation
$36,000+ per year
