Are you an organized and driven self-starter who is interested in starting a career in the mortgage/real estate industry? AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a customer-focused talented individual to work in our Katy, TX office as a Loan Partner/Customer Concierge! This is invaluable experience with plenty of upward growth potential and the perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door! The ideal candidate will enjoy speaking with customers over the phone, directing calls to the appropriate parties, greeting friendly faces as they arrive at the office, and handling various administrative tasks. 


  • Greet office visitors in a professional manner.
  • Address all incoming phone calls and voicemails in a professional manner.
  • Coordinates outgoing and incoming mail.
  • Maintain postage log.
  • Manage conference room calendars.


  • This position is prohibited from discussing and/or negotiating loan terms with borrowers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented and organized. 

$12 - $15 yearly
