Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Your Deliverables For This Role

Deliverables 1- Live Answer > 85% of incoming calls and call back 100% of all missed calls and voicemails.


  • Prioritizes answering incoming calls and webform submissions above everything else
  • Makes every effort to call back webform submissions instantly.
  • Prioritizes the call back of missed calls.
  • Comes to home-office well-rested and prepared to own the day.
  • Check all lead sources daily to ensure no lead left behind
  • Ensures work environment is quiet and free of distractions.
  • Limits lunch schedule to the maximum allotted time.
  • Checks Call Rail daily to determine which calls were missed and what voicemails were received
  • Organizes day effectively
  • Block Schedules day to allow ample time to make call back missed calls and voicemails.
  • Completes Daily Report for Operation’s Manager to go over any questions or discrepancies.
  • Seeks out and pursues opportunities to improve real estate investing knowledge.
  • Comments and follow-up tasks accurately communicated and completed inside CRM.
  • Consistently completing tasks inside of CRM to ensure no task left behind.

Deliverable 2 – Schedules appointment on 80% of all qualified seller leads

  • Efficiently disqualifies leads if they don’t meet instant appointment criteria.
  • Efficiently qualifies leads and schedules appointments on 1st call if they meet appointment criteria.
  • Builds rapport with sellers
  • Can effectively communicate the service we provide to our sellers and how they benefit from working with us.
  • Enters appointment information immediately after scheduling inside of CRM
  • Emails and Texts “Company Credibility Packet” if a seller has a house to sell.

Deliverable 3 – Complete a minimum of 5 follow-up calls, 3 follow-up texts, and 2 follow-up emails for every un-qualified lead you have not spoken to yet.

  • Ensures all incoming calls and webform submissions marked as “New” in CRM receive a minimum amount of follow-up touches.
  • Schedules ample enough time to complete follow up.
  • Manages tasks inside CRM efficiently
  • Communicates all seller information and notes effectively inside CRM
  • Shares credibility packet with sellers.

Deliverable 4 – Completes all monthly, weekly, and daily administrative responsibilities.


  • Updates and manages monthly lists on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Requestsmarketing and mailing lists as needed from list providers
  • Completes Acquisition Plan in MBP file weekly
  • Export Mailchimp phone numbers monthly to Call Texting software


Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of proven experience in a call center or serving customer over the phone day in and day out.
  • Proven experience in the efficient use of web, cloud, and computer-based technology applications.
  • High-School Diploma
  • Fluent English Speaker with exceptional pronunciation skills.
  • Fluent English writer with proven experience with effective written communication
  • Must be able to Type a minimum of 45 WPM (test will be given)
  • Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Extremely high attention to detail and ability to produce consistent error-free work.
  • Enthusiastic and positive disposition on the phone.
  • Independent and self-motivated to hit bonus plan.
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the entire team’s bottom line
  • Has a preference to overcome challenges through hard work and a positive mindset.
  • A proven ability to stay in pursuit of goals despite constant obstacles and challenges.

Compensation
$30,000 with bonus incentive
