The Entry Level Customer Account and Sales Manager is an integral member of our retail sales team, who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing.
We train all Entry Level Customer Account and Sales Managers to be excellent leaders within our organization, able to build genuine relationships with customers on the sales floor and other team members. They are united in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.
Compensation may vary depending on experience and performance (We offer hourly pay and opportunity for uncapped commissions). This position is entry level, paid training is provided.
The Entry Level Customer Account and Sales Manager is responsible for increasing customer acquisition and managing account upgrades for existing customers. They also receive training to assist in helping to manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching. Other duties include:
