You'll be playing a huge role in improving the recruiting experiences of Hiring Managers and jobseekers alike by responding to inquires, troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues and playing a supportive, pro-active role that directly affects the success of our customers.

You will help us by developing client relationships that promote retention and loyalty. The Customer Account Manager / Hiring Coach will work closely with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. The primary objective of the role is to improve client retention.

We use a pro-active approach to help support our customers and ultimately make sure they are as pleased as can possibly be. That’s why having a fantastic customer service background with a passion for support and guidance helps our customers make the best hires possible. We love to help people build productive, successful teams!

This is a work from home opportunity. It is a customer support role, but customer service is only scratching the surface of daily tasks. It’s called “coaching” because you're not just completing administrative tasks for our customers, but you will become the resident expert in analyzing account performance.

Are you a ‘grammar god/goddess’? You get to proofread new job ads for accuracy, consistency, SEO and posting to online job boards. You are thrilled to offer suggestions to our customers, loudly and often.

Do you love providing ‘awesomeness’ to customers? You get to interact with customers daily via chat, phone and email making sure they experience awesomeness in every encounter.

Is being on a team important to you? No task is too menial, no question goes unasked or unanswered, and team members always say ‘Sure, I can help you with that!’

How do you feel about offering suggestions? You get to interact with the leadership and engineering teams to recommend improvements in overall customer experience, client feedback/needs, technology needs/issues, and anything you need to make your job easier!

Are you a little techy? So are we! We use technology to help catapult our customers into success. We won't ask you to write code or anything, but an interest in keeping up with the latest technology will serve you well. 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing customer service role. You live to serve customers!
  • Availability until 8PM EST one day per week. You enjoy being flexible with your team!
  • Able to quickly achieve high proficiency in multiple technologies including, but not limited to: Gmail, SEO, CRM software, Intercom, Stripe, Slack, and numerous job boards. You love new tech!
  • A passion for service, support and teamwork. We love our customers and our team!
  • Excellent command of the English language including proofreading skills. Get out your red pen!
  • A high bandwidth internet connection at home. This is a work from home opportunity!
  • It would be great if you had past experience with personality profiles like DISC, hiring processes and technologies.
  • Mac knowledge is also a huge plus. But since Mac is so cool, we know you’ll catch on fast!
$36,000 per year (plus health benefits and attractive profit sharing plan)
