You'll be playing a huge role in improving the recruiting experiences of Hiring Managers and jobseekers alike by responding to inquires, troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues and playing a supportive, pro-active role that directly affects the success of our customers.
You will help us by developing client relationships that promote retention and loyalty. The Customer Account Manager / Hiring Coach will work closely with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. The primary objective of the role is to improve client retention.
We use a pro-active approach to help support our customers and ultimately make sure they are as pleased as can possibly be. That’s why having a fantastic customer service background with a passion for support and guidance helps our customers make the best hires possible. We love to help people build productive, successful teams!
This is a work from home opportunity. It is a customer support role, but customer service is only scratching the surface of daily tasks. It’s called “coaching” because you're not just completing administrative tasks for our customers, but you will become the resident expert in analyzing account performance.
