Our Custom Remodeling Plumbers earn a salary, plus bonuses and spiffs ($50,000 - $80,000 a year plus up to a $5,000 signing bonus) as well as generous benefits, including health insurance, retirement benefits, paid vacations, paid training, education and tuition assistance, paid holidays, career advancement opportunities, and the chance to work with a well-trained supported team. • Full-time, year around job
• Safely drive to customer homes
• Install structures or fixtures, such as walk-in baths, showers, tubs, glass doors, wall paneling, pedestal vanities, trim or hardware
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Clean and haul away debris from all jobs

• Experience with all 3 phases of plumbing: Underground, Tub Set and Trim
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience with custom projects very helpful
• Customer-friendly and clean cut
• Ability to manage their own truck and own project
• Mentor apprentices
• Valid Florida Driver's License
