The Crisis Intervention Specialist ensures that AHOPE is a safe place for anyone in the community. The After Hours CIS works to ensure that the property remains free of trespassing during the off hours. The CIS uses observation and de-escalation to help maintain AHOPE as a safe space for all clients. The CIS is the point of contact for emergency services and is responsible for notifying emergency services that their service is required.
