Someone who can take ownership from start to finish to complete various field assignments related to residential Real Estate.

  • Driving out and visually checking the status of a property
  • Putting signs in the yard
  • Putting a lockbox on the front doors
  • Filing eviction at the courthouse (will train)
  • Posting evictions on delinquent tenant front door
  • Touching up paint
  • Hanging a ceiling fan or replacing a doorknob
  • Replacing a faucet
  • Returning leftover materials to storage after the renovation is complete
  • Other odd jobs as needed

  • Extremely reliable and shows up on time.  
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Must be a very trustworthy individual with good references.

  • Must be willing to work 25 - 40 hours a week.
  • Must have own tools (minimum set). 
  • Must have dependable transportation; preferably a truck.
$400 /wk +bonuses
