Position Summary
Matics Medical Office Services is looking for a credentialing specialist to join our mission and our small, hardworking team. In this role, you'll be assisting behavioral and mental health practices and their clinicians by managing accounts through efficient, accurate, and professional billing and support services. In addition, this position will assist in the day-to-day operations of Matics Medical Office Services. We are hoping to build out our credentialing department and would love a candidate that is interested in spearheading this project.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of the credentialing process with medical groups and insurance companies.
- Basic knowledge of navigating CAQH, PAVE, and PECOS systems.
- Monitor expiring credentials such as Licenses, insurance, etc.
- The ability to function independently with minimal direct supervision
Credentialing is a fast-paced, high-pressure position so we are looking for someone with great time management skills.
Minimum of 3 years credentialing experience
