We sell real estate. You make it possible. Can you creatively push traffic to a website? Do you know how to generate leads? Are you able to write creative copy that speaks to the right audience? What is the difference between white and black hat marketing?  We are seeking a TALENTED highly motivated, self-starting, creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future clients through content marketing, SEO, SEM, SM, and traditional marketing efforts. You will need a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities for social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing and advertising is critical, while knowledge of real estate functions is a bonus. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.


This position is charged with accelerating the expansion and use of social media channels as well as bringing a high degree of creativity to our existing methods. This position requires tight interaction with the marketing, customer service, operations, sales and technology teams to ensure that our Wordpress website, social media, collateral and other communications accurately reflect our brand and to achieve overall goals.

In addition to marketing, branding, and social media related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation - Staying current with copy writing and content trends 
  • Social Media Management - This audience isn't working. We need to a/b test new avatars.
  • Scheduling - Who, What, Where, When, and you're the How
  • Local Marketing - Stay fly offline too
  • Content Distribution Strategy - The video is dope! How is anyone ever going to see it?


Qualifications
  • Previous experience with a real estate group in an urban market 
  • Proven results for previous campaigns or marketing initiatives
  • Experience generating leads
  • Formal education is nice, but experience and results are more important than letters after your name
Compensation
$35,000 + Bonus (If you're successful, your bonus should be larger than your salary) + Perks
