• Install and pick-up listing inventory - Lockboxes, and keys, For Sale Signs, Web Riders, Booty Baskets, Flyer Holders, Printed Flyers, Sold Signs, miscellaneous items as needed
• Take 3D Scans of Listings utilizing the Matterport Camera
• Order and/or pick up supplies for team meetings, open houses, events
• Deliver real estate documents, closing gifts, client appreciation pop-bys, holiday gifts, moving boxes, etc
• Set up and close down open houses (turn on/off lights, open/close doors, set up a tablet for the guest registry, set up/clean up food and snacks, take out the trash, etc)
• Assist Listing Agent and Listing Manager with executing a listing marketing plan
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in the real estate industry
• Ability to pass a background check
• Have your own reliable vehicle to drive to various locations, mileage will be reimbursed
• Comfortable with working with technology (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when not driving around
• Must have your own computer, wifi, and cell phone that you are willing to use for work.
• MD, DC, or VA real estate license a plus
• Bilingual communicator a plus
