We are seeking to employ part-time or full-time therapists, who have a passion for working with couples, using the Gottman Method, treating couples in Addiction Recovery and Betrayal Trauma, and guiding couples through the ambivalence of deciding to stay in or leave a marriage, using Discernment Counseling. We offer in-person and hybrid/online therapy. We welcome all faith-based paradigms as well as those independent of a specific ideology.

Preferred candidates will have 2+ years of post-licensure experience and must be available during some evening or weekend hours. Our primary clients are couples. Marriage experience and training are required.

We specialize in using the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and in working with couples recovering from the betrayals of affairs and sexual addictions/compulsions/misbehaviors. We use trauma-based, mindfulness-based, and cognitive-behavioral interventions with a solid foundation in research. We treat co-morbidities of depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, affairs, etc. We assess individuals and couples within their environment holistically, assessing and referring for medical/physiological treatment where needed, psychological testing, individual therapy, trauma therapy, and recovery interventions to supplement the couple work provided.
