Job Mission: To be able to represent our company and product in the highest standards possible and generate as many returning customers as possible.

Job outcomes expected:
Finish sales training within the first 3 months
Know the key elements of the sales position and all learned material fluently
In 3 months, reach a sales goal of $1,500 a week
Have the ability to show customers how products work and apply products on customers

We are currently seeking sales representatives who are ambitious, goal-oriented, and driven by the opportunity to increase their own paycheck based on achieving sales goals.

If you possess these skills, are willing to learn, and are self-motivated, you are ahead of the game! If you have 1 to 3 years of retail and/or customer-facing experience or obtained a cosmetology license - you have an advantage!

  • Able to work flexible 5-8 hours shift which includes evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Must have the willingness to stop and communicate with passing mall customers.
  • Complete sales and paperwork in a timed and accurate manner.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with customers and other team members.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • The work position requires to be standing while demonstrating products.
  • Compensation: the hourly minimum pay is $12/hour. In addition to the hourly pay, GreenBiotics employees will receive bonuses for their sales per hour.
