Saltiel Law Group is a boutique business transactions and litigation law firm, located in Coral Gables. We strive to assist clients in developing and strengthening their businesses while protecting their interests.

Our busy law firm is growing quickly, and we are looking for an associate attorney with 2+ years of experience that works hard to represent our clients well. The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both senior partners as well as administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve our clients. If you have excellent research and writing skills, want to get more hands-on experience, can communicate effectively across all levels, and are looking for great work culture, we would love to connect!

• Prepare and draft various legal documents, such as contracts, corporate documents, and correspondence
• Advise clients on proposed transactions, and regulations, and plan a course of action to successfully protect their interest
• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
• Communicate with clients as necessary to maintain a professional relationship
• Be able to work independently on appropriate legal documents and research necessary for the particular case
• Participate and contribute to team strategies

• Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 2+ years of relevant experience is a plus
• Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
• The ability to use Microsoft Office is required
• Experience with Clio case management software is preferable
• Fluent in Spanish is preferable
