We are looking to add an associate counsel lawyer to our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has some basis for an existing practice, but with the understanding that they would receive regular referral work from our firm. The associate counsel role is premised on a management fee basis, where the lawyer can run their own independent practice with all of our firm's resources and offerings which include the following:

• Office workstation and adjustable office chair
• Your direct line, telephone, fax, internet access and Wi-Fi
• Remote access to files and e-mail upon request
• Use of photocopier, scanner and printer
• General office supplies and stationery
• Use of boardroom, kitchen and any building amenities
• Website profile and business cards
• Lenovo computer with two monitors and ongoing IT support
• Reasonable secretarial support
• Access to accounts for BC Online, LTSA and general courier services

 And in exchange, our firm collects a management fee, the terms of which are negotiable.

• Ability to work independently
• Be responsible for following up on referrals
• Be comfortable working in a team environment

• Have been called to the Bar in the Province of British Columbia for a minimum of two (2) years
