We are a fast-growing, real estate company with BIG ambitions! We are on the search for a full-time COO to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company’s second-in-command, reporting to the CEO and responsible for the efficiency of the entire organization and all of its entities. 

Your mission will be to take our high-performing organization and evolve it to the next level with repeatable processes, strong team members, and excellent culture!

This is NOT a remote position. You must be local to the Memphis, TN area!

Compensation: Salary $140,000 - $175,000 ** Base $110,000/Annually +  Bonuses (% of the Net Profit) *** (Performance Based Bonuses)

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
  • Manage leads, efficiencies and make sure work is being done effectively and profitably
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.)
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Write and submit reports to the CEO on all matters of importance
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

Qualifications

  • Previous COO experience in the real estate investing space preferred with highly advanced skills in technology, software, and sales management
  • Previous experience in Salesforce, running and operating EOS/Traction, managing, and growing teams, and keeping teams accountable
  • Experience managing people
  • Knowledge in real estate investing at a high volume of flips/year
  • Sales, KPIs, tracking experience
  • Ability to come in and build better systems and efficiencies
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate with diverse teams and meet project deadlines
  • Detail orientation with a focus on accountability and correctness
  • Excellent leadership, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Ability to synthesize information across a wide variety of disciplines
  • Strong people/client management skills
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented

Compensation
$140,000 - $175,000
