Swyft Filings

Swyft Filings is searching for a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience analyzing the customer experience and implementing suggestions that will result in a better customer experience and increased conversion rates. Our ideal candidate exhibits strong analytical ability, insatiable curiosity, decision making, organizational, and excellent communication skills and is passionate about helping small businesses.

If you’re ready for a significant opportunity to take on meaningful responsibilities, bring innovative ideas to our company, and have the drive to follow them through to completion, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

About Swyft Filings:

Swyft Filings is an online service for business formations and compliance. More importantly, we’re a company that has helped budding entrepreneurs start over 150,000 new businesses (and counting). We take a complex process and automate it to make it easier for small businesses and individuals to launch their business dreams without having to go it alone or find, hire, and pay high-priced and uncertain legal fees.

In the last five years, we’ve grown from a lawyer and two online entrepreneurs into a team 75 strong – and you can bet we’re not done yet. We’re self-funded, profitable, and proud to be a leader in our industry. Our mission is to break down barriers so anyone can follow their dreams and create something special for themselves and their communities.

To do that, we need someone to analyze data and provide recommendations to improve and grow our business. We want someone who understands how to optimize the website design and increase functionality to enhance the user experience so that we can better serve our customers and more effectively help new entrepreneurs get their companies up and running as easily, efficiently, and affordably as possible.

Responsibilities

About You:

This position is all about continuously improving the user experience to ensure all of our customers’ needs are met by our products and services. To achieve our mission, we need an analytical individual who can develop a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences and utilize that insight to perfect our processes at every step of the customer lifecycle. Whether conducting research into the desires of our customers, testing websites for usability, or providing recommendations on how to improve conversion rates, we need you to take ownership and work alongside our company leaders and management teams to achieve results.

As such, you’re a self-starter, a learner, a problem solver – someone who can think on their feet and is comfortable taking the initiative in an energetic, fast-paced environment. You can multi-task and juggle between different projects, using data-driven insights to make smart decisions. When you face an obstacle, you don’t accept defeat and give up; you find innovative ways around it or break through it.

In short, you’re someone who values opportunity. Opportunity to take on meaningful responsibilities, opportunity to bring innovative ideas to our company, opportunity to grow yourself and this role, and the opportunity to make a difference to small business owners across the country. And ultimately, our ideal candidate will take this opportunity and run with it.

  • Perform continuous audits and analyses of websites to ensure all content is user-friendly, SEO friendly, and error-free, links are functional, and that task flows are conducive to conversions
  • Conduct both quantitative (data analytics) and qualitative (customer feedback, heatmaps, etc.) research to identify potential drop-off points, and utilize findings to develop hypotheses and implement strategic plans to make the user experience intuitive and impactful
  • Partner with Business Intelligence team to benchmark competitors, discover potential market gaps, and leverage that knowledge to suggest new products and functionalities
  • Generate mockups of web page designs, workflows, and personas to craft end-to-end simulations of the user experience that can be used to identify deficiencies
  • Manage optimization projects from start to finish, perform ad-hoc analyses to understand the ROI of initiatives, and use data to influence future iterations
  • Strategically implement A/B tests, Multivariate tests, Split URL tests, and other methods to constantly improve the customer experience
  • Track KPIs and UX metrics regularly with the intention of consistently improving the user experience as well as driving business results

  • Effective communication to explain the results of optimization initiatives
