Schedule

• Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00

• Hands-on management of all financial aspects of 20 LLCs
• Manage the processing of vendor invoices
• Reconcile errors and review correct payment records
• Daily supervision of business operations
• AP, AR, and General Ledger tasks
• Maintain systems and controls that ensure the integrity of the accounting system
• Generate and report finances
• Budget forecasting
• Expense tracking and processing
• High discretion and trust in handling sensitive information

• Accounting experience Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online or Desktop
• Trustworthy with high accountability
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail
