The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities. 

 


Responsibilities

  • Preparation and review of period-end financial statements
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and projections to effectively manage cash balances
  • Direct the transactional processing of financial processes
  • Book required journal entries to post period activity such as Payroll, Work Comp (if reporting) and Inventory
  • Coordinate the preparation of audits and tax returns with outside CPA firm
  • Assist in maintaining all Corporate records and accounts
  • Manage day-to-day company accounts
  • Assist with financial planning
  • Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management
  • Ensure government compliance in all tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years experience in the area
  • Proficiency with current financial software
  • Understanding of US GAAP
  • CPA preferred
  • Knowledge of ODOO ERP preferred

Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 yearly
