The Finance and Administration team is responsible for all aspects of financial management for the company, including accounting, reporting and tax/audit, budgeting and forecasting, payroll, financing activities, and standard operating procedures. As the Financial Controller you will be a member of the senior leadership team, report directly to the COO/Integrator, indirectly to the CEO/Visionary, and regularly collaborate with the leaders of our other functions, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

You are a results-driven and confident financial professional and can not only manage, but improve our Finance and Administration operations. Your strategic planning and exceptional numerical proficiency as a financial controller will aid our organization in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, a flair for numbers, and be highly organized. The noteworthy financial controller should streamline our accounting functions and operations, provide financial analysis and reports, train staff on business finance issues, promote regulatory compliance, and drive income generation.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Overseeing and preparing financial reports and statements
• Analyzing financial data and providing analysis
• Running the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Managing financial transactions and financing activities
• Supervising all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, GL, and payroll
• Evaluating and managing risk, audit, and tax functions
• Streamlining accounting standard operating procedures
• Developing plans for financial growth

What You Will Bring:

• Previous work as a Financial Controller, ideally in a high-growth or start-up environment
• 5+ years of overall Finance and Accounting experience, preferably in Real Estate
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA, and/or Master’s degree preferred
• Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
• Good communication skills, highly detail-oriented, and a results-oriented process
• Knowledge of EOS is a plus
