Realty Group is the 5th largest real estate brokerage in MN and growing fast. We currently service 6 metro area offices and 1 in Brainerd. We are looking for a Controller to run our Accounting Dept. We offer an exciting environment with room for advancement.

Qualified candidates must have strong technical aptitude, excellent analytical, Google Sheet, Google Docs, time management, and organizational skills, and have a deep understanding of GAAP. In a multi-entity setting, you will be responsible for managing a Staff Accountant, Billings, and Collections.

Core responsibilities include oversight of the accounting platform (Netsuite), payroll process, FR&A in compliance with GAAP, B/S recons, F/A mgmt, inventory control, internal control and audit, federal and statutory compliance, business insurance/benefits open enrollment support and fleet management.

Working knowledge of revenue recognition and cost accounting methodology.
