Contract Attorney – Trust & Estates, Conservatorships, Special Needs Planning
We are a boutique law firm that is on track for significant growth in the coming years and need a contract lawyer who can provide compassionate and legal services in Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning Trust Administration, Conservatorships, and Probate.
This is a role for a remote Contract Attorney who meets the criteria set forth below. We have cultivated a remarkable team that embraces the belief that the work we do is more than just a job, it is a way to help protect the lives of the families we serve.
- Reviewing and analyzing case information and documentation for the purpose of drafting Trusts and pleadings;
- Court Accountings
- Draft Petitions to Establish Trusts
- Draft Petitions for Instructions
- Draft Petitions for Trust Modifications
- Court Appearances
- Court Accountings
- Receipts of Funds
- Proof of Trust Execution
- Conflict Waivers
- Third Party Payor Agreements
- Licensed with the California State Bar
- Has strong computer skills with extensive experience using MS Office Suite, timekeeping, and remote video software such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Is someone of character with compassion, intelligence, and grit.
