We build mostly high-end retail stores (T.I.).

We already have your first project won & picked out!

• Certify that each building project delivers a high-quality end product, oversee construction staff, and perform on-site assessments daily
• Recruit subcontractors and make sure they have all of the necessary permits
• Reduce accidents and delays on construction sites by ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and reporting any problems to the project manager as soon as they arise
• Prepare a written proposal for homeowners that includes a cost estimate for the project
• Discuss the project's costs with clients and make sure the project stays within budget

• You will need a high school diploma for this position, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office
• Physically capable of using heavy equipment and lifting at least 40 pounds

• Travel availability a plus
• You must have a work history to justify compensation. 5+ years of interior commercial construction.
• Working Superintendent. Capable of lifting 50+lbs. and can self-perform select/ occasional job site tasks using all the tools of the trade
• Interior commercial construction focus
• Journeyman-level experience preferred in one or more of the following trades: Metal framing, Storefront/glazing, finish carpentry, explain how your expertise qualifies you
• Effective work habits (e.g., First In/ First Out, not afraid of hands-on work, etc.)
• Willing to work any hour, any day. Our clients often require off-hrs. Work because of noise
• Reliable
• CDL & clean driving record
