We are looking for an experienced construction superintendent who can lead field activities on our projects. You'll help our construction company plan and manage projects from start to finish. Additional responsibilities include daily scheduling, maintaining the safety and compliance of a construction site, and supervising all activities. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of construction field experience with leadership skills in managing subcontractors highly preferred.   • Analyze subcontractor productivity toward timelines and performance goals to ensure that the project is on schedule to be finished on budget and to the highest possible quality

  • Keep Daily Reports to capture job progress, delays, manpower, and other pertinent information for the project manager and owner
  • Produce and maintain Project schedule and 6 week look ahead's
  • Proactively manage general conditions budget with project manager
  • Ensure company QA/QC process is executed
  • Regular site safety and QA inspections
  • Communicate with all subcontractors and facilitate weekly subcontractor meetings
  • Monitor safety performance and demand strict accordance to safety policies
  • Ensure that each project meets or exceeds company expectations for a high quality finished product
  • Coordinate and plan all daily site activities
  • Develop and maintain detailed phase plans to support the project schedule

  • Possesses a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods
  • A high school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office software
  • Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills
  • OSHA 30 certification and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-site

  • Minimum 5 years of construction field experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project scheduling software
  • Multi-family experience in Denver preferred
