So Cal Development Group is looking for a Construction Project Manager! We require a high-level, hard-working professional who can organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.

Our expectation is that you will take the steps necessary to do what you say you are going to do and be accountable for your actions.

• Leading project planning sessions 
• Coordinating staff and internal resources 
• Managing project progress and adapting work as required 
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines 
• Managing relationships with clients 
• Designing and signing off on contracts 
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation 
• Participating in the pre-construction process i.e. design, submission, and review 
• Designing a risk mitigation plan 
• Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive staff 
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary 
• Securing and initiating new projects

• 2 years of project management and related experience Is A Must
• Has completed a minimum of 6 Full Projects Is A MUST
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Is A Bonus
• Ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Team player
• Proactive attitude
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
