Job Overview

The Construction Project Manager (CPM) is defined as the supervising role during construction phase(s) of any certain project. CPM’s expectations are to effectively and efficiently take a renovation or new build through start to finish. The PM will oversee construction procedures ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

A successful CPM is knowledgeable in all aspects of construction phases, methods, practices, and must be able to coordinate subcontractor team or licensed professionals or different fields to achieve the highest quality result that meets the standards of Diamond Heights Homes. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills with a mindset of quality and purpose.

The goal is to provide value to the community and ensure projects are delivered in a timely fashion, on budget, and of the highest quality!


  • Collaborate with DHH’s Team to determine specification of project
  • Negotiate Subcontractors and General Contractors to reach profitable agreement
  • Provide and submit trade agreements to Subcontractors and Contractors
  • Develop a cost-effective plan and schedule for completing projects on time and within budget
  • Plan Construction Phases and schedule through Asana to ensure timelines are met
  • Reports to COO/CEO about progress and any necessary or suggested modifications of plans
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate vendors
  • May be responsible for obtaining permits as well as scheduling required building inspections
  • Submit full needed material list to COO for approval and purchases
  • Evaluate Progress and prepare detailed reports
  • Daily progress meetings
  • Collaborate with COO to ensure budget is maintained
  • Filing Work of Completion for Subcontractors payment
  • Ensuring Quality of work is to DHH’s standards
  • Provide insight and ways to improve systems, process, and procedures when necessary and deemed fit by CEO/COO


  • Experience as Project Manager or relation to the field of construction
  • Knowledge in Construction Procedures and order of operations in regards to single family residences
  • Effective use in MS Office
  • Experience with BuilderTrend Software is a plus
  • Ability to manage upward of 5-20 projects at a time
  • Ability to work through and understand blueprints
  • Estimating experience preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Team player with leadership abilities
  • Must have valid Drivers License
  • Ability to work through stressful situations
  • Self Motivated

Starting base pay in the $80,000 - $110,000 range with commission incentives to $150,000+
