You will be working as an assistant to the office manager and will be required to have the following skills.

  • Respond to incoming emails and phone requests
  • Perform general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies, and other clerical and administrative tasks for special projects as requested
  • Produce forms such as purchase orders, service agreements, change orders, and subcontracts
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and various construction services teams and solicit quotes from them for new jobs

Responsibilities

Construction Company looking for skilled office coordinator to assist in:

  • Scheduling of work orders
  • Dispatching techs
  • Following up with clients to make sure satisfied with the services provided
  • Invoicing for Services
  • New client retention
  • Creating Estimates
  • Inspection of job sites

Qualifications

The perfect candidate will have: 

  • Computer literacy Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Reliable transportation
  • Presentable
  • Bi-Lingual Spanish
  • Prior experience

Compensation
$16 - $20 hourly
