Halyard
- Perform tasks as directed by Foreman, Site Superintendents, or Director of Operations.
- Work closely with operations staff to ensure success, the work is performed in a safe & organized manner and meets Halyard’s quality standards.
While working with our self-performing team (learning the tasks within Division Nine) you will also have the opportunity to work one day per month in other departments such as Estimating, Site Supervision, or Project Management to help broaden your knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities

- Ensure the work is performed in a safe & organized manner and meets Halyard’s quality standards.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn.
- Construction experience preferred but not necessary.
- Some general knowledge of the construction process.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to see results.
- Excels in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
Compensation
$19 - $22 hourly
