So Cal Development Group is looking for a Construction Field Assistant! This is an entry-level position that requires little to no experience in Construction, but it does require a hard-working individual who can provide support to our Construction Department by carrying out a variety of simple, yet highly significant tasks in an efficient, time-effective manner.

This is a full-time position, that will require our Field Assistant to travel to and from our different projects, so our ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license as well as their own car for transportation, our Company offers mileage reimbursement to assist with the constant traveling. Most of the tasks and challenges that will face our Field Assistant will involve or revolve around manual labor, such as lifting objects and construction material, so they must be prepared and willing to engage!

Our expectation is that you will take the steps necessary to do what you say you are going to do and be accountable for your actions.

• Go to the Company's many job sites;
• Take photos of the property and the progress of the project, upload these pictures to the Company's cloud-based software or send them to the rest of the Team as requested;
• Work with our Project Manager regarding scheduling, decide on which properties will be visited during the week;
• Ordering and receiving construction materials;
• Daily site cleanup of debris and trash;
• Daily organizing of construction materials and supplies;
• Daily video meeting with the Team.

• Must have a valid method of transportation, a car by preference, in case he or she needs to travel with equipment or supplies;
• Must have a valid Driver's License, and a valid insurance, in compliance with California laws;
• Must live in the Greater Los Angeles area, as this is where the better part of the Company's dealings occur;
• Must have the capacity to commit to commit to a full-time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm;
• Must have good internet connection that allows him to attend virtual meetings with the Team;
• No construction experience is required;
• OSHA certification *is a plus*.
