We are seeking someone that has construction experience. They need to be able to manage multiple projects and work orders at the same time. Looking for someone that is self-motivated and is looking to take a company to the next level. responsible for creating and overseeing a bid – a detailed, costed, persuasive proposal – on behalf of one organization to gain a business contract or offer of work from another


  • Participates in pursuit of new business leads generating $30M annual new business and tracks leads, bids, and business awards
  • Prepares attractive marketing materials, project portfolio presentations, updates website content and implements Company’s social media promotions to increase brand awareness and enhance business development efforts
  • Prepares new and recurring applications to maintain company certifications and licenses
  • Attends pre-bid meetings, site assessments and represents Company at outreach events
  • Understands project scopes of work, specifications, and compliance requirements
  • Drafts and tracks RFIs on behalf of estimators
  • Solicits competitive bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers on behalf of estimators
  • Prepares professional correspondence and drafts proposal descriptive narratives, persuasive and technical writing
  • Assists estimators in preparing accurate, complete, and competitive bid packages
  • Participates in the pre-construction process through stable hand-off to assigned project execution team
  • Participates in the coordination of project designs, engineering and obtaining permits;
  • Participates in identifying opportunities for improvements in quality of work, process, and cost efficiencies
  • Nurtures strategic relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and industry professionals


  • Proficient English language skills; Spanish language proficiency beneficial
  • Excellent technical writing and compelling marketing content skills
  • Effective use of technology tools and social media mediums and proficient use of estimating and project management software
  • Proficient translation of construction drawings, a clear understanding of project scopes of work and specifications
  • Proficient understanding of building codes, construction divisions, and construction industry practices
  • Keen attention to detail, organization, and effective time management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and team-building skills
  • Work effectively under pressure and adapts effectively to changing conditions and diverse cultures
  • Professional disposition for motivating and nurturing business development, customer, supplier, subcontractor, and strategic relationships
  • College degree in marketing, construction management, engineering, or architecture preferred; NOT required
  • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
