Our construction company is seeking an experienced construction professional with excellent leadership skills. If you're good at managing general contractors, hiring subcontractors, and maintaining safety and compliance at a construction site, then you might be perfect as our next Assistant Superintendent. The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for working under the direction of the Senior Superintendent to manage home building schedules, trade partner coordination, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on accordance with MonteVista Homes policies, processes, and procedures.
