We are seeking someone that has construction experience. They need to be able to manage multiple projects and work orders at the same time. Looking for someone that is self-motivated and is looking to take a company to the next level. This person will be managing contractors and vendors as well as inspecting work and properties.


  • Managing work orders and dispatching contractors
  • Do takeoffs on projects
  • Following up on work and inspecting completed work
  • Making sure budgets are met
  • Communicating with clients on progress


  • 2+ years of construction experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to know the proper order work should be completed in
  • Able to prioritize
