We are looking for our next Club Wealth conference and event planner! Do you like organizing national conferences, live event tours, workshops, virtual seminars, and FAM tours, and more?

You will manage schedules, arrange assignments, organize virtual and in-person events and tours.

Responsibilities include preparing action plans, analyzing risks and opportunities, and gathering necessary resources. For this role, you will work with the marketing team under the supervision of the Director of Marketing. Good communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential.

Ultimately, you will ensure our projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

MON-FRI. NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS! This position is located directly at our office site in Sumner, WA, and is not a remote eligible position.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
  • Manage the CEO’s travel arrangements, book tour locations, speakers, panelists, and ensure all travel logistics are secure.
  • Break projects into doable tasks and set KPI’s and goals
  • Create and update workflows
  • Organize materials for large conference events (travel is a REQUIREMENT)
  • Monitor project progress and address potential issues
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
  • Measure and report on project performance
  • Act as the point of contact for all special projects, tours, conferences, and events

Qualifications

  • Work experience as a project planner, projects coordinator, or organizer for conferences and corporate events
  • Must live in the greater Seattle area
  • Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedules
  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Trello)
  • Solid organization and time-management skills
  • Team spirit
  • CRM experience

Compensation
$17 - $22 hourly
