This position will be responsible for preparing the ground and compaction for concrete placement properly, installing forms as per plans (including the in-pool forms for coping), and pouring the concrete for the deck.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and works with our team to produce and install a high-quality product.

Experience in Kooldeck, Acrylic lace, broom, acid etch, exposed aggregate, Acrylic stamp, deck drains, and stamped finishes.

Majority of work is for pool decks and backyard patios.

Keeping a clean and organized site is a priority.

• Read plans to do pool layout to the customer's satisfaction
• Install forms for concrete
• Properly compact soil in preparation for concrete pours
• Use hand and power tools
• Direct and train helpers
• Client communication
• Updating progress in digital program

• Minimum 3 years experience placing and finishing concrete
• Good communication skills
• Supervisory experience (ability to train)
• Ability to install all types of concrete finishes
• Ability to repair concrete
• Ability to run equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
