We’re hiring a driven construction project manager to lead our Texas operations. This is a fully remote office-based position. You'll be responsible for managing our Texas team, planning and scheduling for projects, and ensuring that projects run on time and on budget.

• Establish organizational processes for tools, equipment, and vehicles and arrange for maintenance as needed
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to determine the needed resources and scope of work, including necessary materials and expected labor required
• Communicate the status of the building project to key stakeholders by providing regular progress reports
• Coordinate all construction timelines and operations into an intuitive plan so the team is on schedule to meet deadlines
• Ensure teams work to follow all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any safety regulation issues

• managing invoices and change orders

• Construction or project management software experience is a significant plus
• College degree (Bachelor’s) in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field
• PMP certification is a plus
• Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, blueprints, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles
• OSHA 30 certification

TriStar Concrete Construction is a local concrete contractor based out of Nashville, TN performing concrete for small to medium-sized concrete construction projects across the states of Tennessee and Texas. We are currently expanding across the United States, focusing mainly on tenant-finish concrete projects.
