The Concierge Support Analyst role focuses on providing next-level support and service to Movement’s top-tier teammates ranging from desktop to network to application-specific support.

Responsibilities

An effective Concierge Support Analyst may contribute in a variety of manners, including but not limited to: 

  • Administers end-user workstations and supports end-user activities on a primarily Microsoft Windows-based domain
  • Investigates user problems and identify their source; determine possible solutions within company guidelines; test and implement solutions
  • Installs, configures, and maintains computers for new employees as well as file servers, and other related equipment, devices, systems, and printers
  • Performs and/or oversees software and application installation and upgrades
  • Works in Active Directory to fix account issues, lockouts, and perform password resets
  • Troubleshoots network issues in remote locations
  • Provides end-user support to an internal client base of 5000+ users

Qualifications

Who you are: 

  • 2+ years of Information Technology experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in ticketing systems like ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Macintosh applications and providing IT support within a Microsoft Windows/Macintosh desktop and server environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management, and partners; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multi-task, and work well under pressure 
  • A natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative 
  • Cooperative ability to adapt and manage change in the workplace 
  • Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges as they arise
  • Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required

Even Better…  

  • Mortgage Industry experience 
  • Associates Degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, computer systems, related field, or equivalent work experience 
  • Computer Networking experience 
  • Experience with ServiceNOW 
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
