Our concierge lounge on the 6th floor is ready for business! We need an attendant with a positive customer service mindset who can ensure patrons have a wonderful time at the bar. Your duties will include taking customer orders, offering beer and wine recommendations, preparing fresh popcorn, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area at all times. This role requires a highly motivated individual with great organizational abilities and a customer-focused mentality. • Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant
• Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations

• Be able to offer excellent service while being knowledgeable about the beer and wine selection.
• Serve popcorn to our elite members while maintaining the cleanliness of the machine
• Have an active BAR card, state, and city

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
