• Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy to generate interest and in-person appointments.
• Develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Become an expert in solar through our leadership and paid training programs.
• Assure quality and accurate representation of solar program; represent the company professionally and ensure that potential customers have an exceptional experience.

• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Data entry in various platforms
