- Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
- Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally
- Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
- Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
- Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
