We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent to lead our efforts in representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in our commercial transactions. The ideal applicant will be shrewd in assisting our clients in finding key investment properties and development opportunities. Knowledge of the local real estate market and a knack for developing long-lasting business relationships is a must.

This position requires a current Real Estate License or the willingness and ability to get one. We can help you.

Join our team and we’ll provide you with continuous in-person training seminars, mentoring and coaching. Administrative support is also included. The salary is all commission and can be a very lucrative career for someone with the right sales skill sets who is willing to invest in our proven techniques. Responsibilities
  • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
  • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision
  • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
  • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
  • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Have a good sense of marketing, sales and advertising
  • Proven negotiating and communication skills
  • Skilled in industry practices and lease language
  • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
Compensation
$30,000 - $200,000 yearly
