We're looking for a Commercial agent to come in and partner with our Team Leader to head our Commercial and Investment property division. You will be incentivized with excellent splits, marketing support, and more. We will help you grow with our proven constant training, mentoring, and coaching methods. - Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process
- Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
- Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
- Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
- Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
- Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
