We need real estate agents for our dynamic, high performance, results-oriented culture.
Responsibilities

This position is 100% real estate sales and appointment setting.  Representative must activate leads provided by company and secure own leads and referrals. Over 50% of your leads will be cold calls.

  • Be aggressive in generating results with key decision makers each day.
  • Partner with field sales to execute meetings.
  • Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management.

Qualifications

Candidates must have at least 1 year proven results in a Real Estate Sales environment.

Traits, attitudes, skills: unstoppable mindset, coachable, exceptionally driven, resourceful, result-oriented, passionate about Real Estate, assertive, honest, provides quality follow-up, attention to detail, outstanding verbal communicator over the telephone.

Compensation
$65,000 - $85,000 Commision Based Income
